I started at Shoot to Thrill in a youth job role and have gradually taken on significantly more responsibility over the years. Today, I assist with daily operations, customer events, staff coordination, maintenance, sales, bookings, and supplier agreements. During busy periods and holidays, I have taken on a leadership role with responsibility for employees, customer arrangements, purchases, and general operations.
